You didn't come this far to keep building someone else's dream.
It's time to find out what you'd build if you finally stopped.
You didn't come this far to keep building someone else's dream.
It's time to find out what you'd build if you finally stopped.
Lemme give it to you straight.
I believe too many dangerously capable women learned early that their value lay in what they could do for others. And they've been building inside that belief ever since.
I'm Sarah Khan, TEDx speaker, strategic advisor, author, and host of the Business Blasphemy podcast.
I work at the intersection of identity and ambition -- specifically, what it costs accomplished women to keep performing their way through success, and what becomes possible when they stop.
If you've been the backbone of other people's extraordinary and crushed it every single time — but something underneath keeps insisting there's a bigger game with your name on it, you're not wrong. You're just overdue for a different conversation.
That's the one I have with my clients.
It's not about mindset, or marketing, or scaling, or or or...
It's about the identity that's been running the show underneath it all and what you actually want ot build when you stop letting everyone else's definition of excellent set the bar.
Former corporate poster girl at two of the "Big 4" firms. Certified Executive Coach. 25 years in business strategy and operations. 14 years teaching at business school. 15 years as an entrepreneur. Success up to my eyeballs -- all in service of everyone else's vision and goals. All exactly the way I was taught success was supposed to look.
And it still wasn't enough to get my TEDx talk idea accepted.
Until I stopped writing what I was supposed to say, and submitted the pitch I actually wanted to give.
And it broke everything wide open.
It was the first moment where I TRULY did something in service of MY truth, MY ambition, and who I really was ... laid bare.
That last part is the whole story, honestly.
I'm not here to be your hype woman. Or hand you a framework that worked for someone else. I'm here to give you the most accurate read of yourself you've ever had and help you build from there.
If any part of this is giving you feelings, that's not a coincidence.
That's feeling seen, and seen is recognition.
Recognition is where we start.
